2016 New Real Estate and Lending Laws in California

In 2015, the California legislature sought to address a number of pressing issues facing California, the biggest of which was the devastating drought.

From the hundreds of bills that were considered and passed, the team at the Law Offices of Peter N. Brewer identified 24 of the new laws that impact the real estate and lending community. Each of the laws were analyzed for how they impact California real estate professionals, landlords, small businesses, and homeowners.

We are excited to announce the release of 2016 New Real Estate and Lending Laws in California, an e-book published by the Law Offices of Peter N. Brewer and written by Clayton Dodds, Ashlee D. Adkins, Esq., and Simon Offord, Esq.
