Adam L. Pedersen is a real estate attorney at Brewer Offord & Pedersen LLP. While attorney Pedersen is experienced in all forms of real estate legal matters, he primarily represents real estate brokers, landlords, property managers, homeowners, investors, and real estate agents. Adam is a licensed California real estate broker and is fluent in written and spoken Spanish.

Adam graduated from Humboldt State University in Arcata, California in 2003. In the final semester of his undergraduate studies, he participated in the CSU study abroad program, completing courses at the Universidad de Granada. Adam stayed in Spain for several months following graduation as the proprietor of a tour company, which he sold upon returning to the United States.

Adam attended law school at Santa Clara University, and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2009. As a student at Santa Clara, Adam graduated in the 10% of his class and received the “Best Oral Advocate” award for his participation in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition. While in law school, Adam worked as a legal intern for the Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide, where he helped develop law and policy to combat water contamination in agricultural areas of Costa Rica.

Prior to joining Brewer Offord & Pedersen LLP, Adam worked as a real estate attorney at the Carlson Law Group and at Tyson & Mendes. Adam currently servers at the 2018 co-chair of the Real Estate Section of the Palo Alto Area Bar Association (PAABA). In his free time, Adam enjoys tending the garden and caring for the flock of chickens with his wife and two children. Additionally, Adam is a dedicated runner and frequently participates in local races.
