Daniel Guidotti is an associate real estate attorney at Brewer Offord & Pedersen, where he represents investors, property managers, owners, developers, and buyers and sellers in litigation, transactional, and advisory matters. With more than 13 years of experience in real estate law, Daniel has handled hundreds of litigation matters as well as commercial and residential real estate transactions.
His practice spans the full real estate life cycle, including leasing, financing, construction, zoning and land use, permitting, easements, boundary and title issues, and property acquisitions and dispositions. Daniel has negotiated and closed numerous real estate transactions, and he brings a practical, business-focused approach to helping clients structure deals, manage risk, and resolve disputes efficiently.
Clients rely on Daniel not only for his litigation and transactional insight, but also for his ability to anticipate issues and develop business solutions. In addition to core real estate work, he advises clients on business entity formation and structure, regulatory compliance, and related operational matters affecting real estate investments.
Prior to joining Brewer Offord & Pedersen, Daniel served as Chief Legal Officer for a real estate investment and management company headquartered in Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. In that role, he oversaw litigation and transactional matters across an international portfolio of properties, negotiated real estate transactions, managed entity formation and compliance, and advised on asset management issues.
