Sandee Sheldon is a senior attorney and real estate broker at Brewer Offord & Pedersen. Licensed to practice law for more than 20 years, she represents real estate clients in both transactional and litigation matters. Her practice involves handling matters related to non-disclosure disputes, purchase and sale agreements (CAR RPA and PRDS), land use and zoning issues, contractor disputes, insurance claims, quiet title actions, and earnest money deposit disputes.

As an expert in the highly competitive Silicon Valley real estate market, Sandee knows the tremendous impact that real estate issues can have on homeowners, landlords, developers, investors, and agents. Throughout her legal career, Sandee has litigated complex financial cases and handled high-stakes matters for large corporations and the federal government. In both law and real estate, she is no stranger to going up against fierce competition. Her clients are her top priority, and she is passionate about delivering high-quality legal services characterized by compassion, diligence, attention to detail, professionalism, and zealous advocacy.

Prior to joining Brewer Offord & Pedersen, Sandee worked as a real estate broker associate in Los Gatos, and she maintains an active real estate broker’s license. Sandee is a distinguished leader in the Silicon Valley real estate community, and currently serves as the 2025 chair of the Board of Directors of the Santa Clara County Realtors’ Foundation. Before entering the real estate industry, Sandee worked as a commercial litigator for two major law firms in San Francisco and New York City, as well as in public service as a regulatory and enforcement attorney for the FDIC.

Sandee earned her law degree from Washington University School of Law, where she graduated second in her class and was selected to the Order of the Coif. In law school, she served as an associate editor of the Washington University Law Quarterly and completed one semester abroad at the Inns of Court School of Law in London, England. She earned an undergraduate business degree from the University of San Francisco.

Outside of practicing law, Sandee enjoys spending time outdoors, especially in the beautiful Lake Tahoe area. She is an avid traveler, mountain biker, and pickleball player. She loves being active in her Los Gatos community, and you can frequently see her around town with her two corgis.
