On Monday, March 16th, the Santa Clara County Health Department ordered a Shelter-in-Place due to the outbreak of COVID-19. The order affects consumers and non-essential businesses in 6 counties throughout the Bay Area. All employees at the real estate law firm of Brewer Offord & Pedersen LLP will be working remotely during this period, which is currently expected to end on April 7th, 2020. Due to the firm’s robust technological prowess, we do not anticipate that the shelter-in-place order will have a significant impact in our day-to-day operations or in our ability to address new or existing legal matters.
